Get unmatched, heavy-duty mitering done easily with Hyd-Mech's M-Series saws. These are fully hydraulic, heavy-duty scissor-style machines that withstand the high demands of machine and fabrication shops, trailer and automotive manufacturers, and more to easily cut tubing, channels, angles, solids, light to medium grade alloys, as well as non-ferrous and stainless materials.
The M-Series has powered, hydraulic saw heads for mitering with just the simple push of a button! The powered head movement has an optimum range of up to 60º as well as indexing from 33" to 120" in a single stroke. M-Series machines are available in semi-automatic and fully-automatic models with cutting capacities of up to 30". Models in this series have a Programmable Miter option.
M-16A
The M-16A is an automatic scissor style band saw providing exceptional miter cutting capability for heavy-duty applications. It features a powerful motor and gearbox with variable frequency drive to provide exceptional cutting performance on a wide range of material. Its PLC control features storage of up to 99 jobs with the ability to run 5 in queue. Upgrade to the optional PLC 500 control to allow for automatic alternating between programmed angles. The M-20A miters from 90° to 60°.

M-20A-120
The M-20A-120 is a heavy-duty automatic scissor style band saw, its ability to miter cut from 90 to 60 degrees makes it an excellent machine for large fabrication jobs. The machines PLC controller can be easily programmed, storing up to 99 different cutting jobs and includes a Job Queue function. The simple programming and user friendly controls switches minimize set up time and affords cost effective production. Its optional PLC 500 controller, allows for automatic angle setting for production of double angle parts with an accuracy of 0.1 degree on each angle.
